S40-011: Still Don't Trust Deer
General Summary
Oct. 16, 1996
From the desk of Maya █████
Due to the deteriorating nature of our SCP-6448 samples, a team of agents was assembled to return to Rio Grande National Forest in Colorado and collect new specimens. The agents experienced no casualties, choosing a cautious approach where they staked out in the trees and lured several deer to into a trap. Only one instance of SCP-6448 was successfully apprehended, the others having been eliminated due to overt hostility. This sample is much more sickly and weaker than the ones collected three years ago, is this an indication of a declining population?
Simon will be pleased with the successful mission, I'll expedite any of Jim Burrell's research requests to ensure experiments can be performed before the specimen starts to deteriorate. I'll have to do some research of my own on this Adam Johnson politician, it feels more than coincidental that they would be holding a rally so close to SCP-6448's territory.
