Jophiel

An Obrimos mage and member of the Chicago Consilium. A veteran of supernatural intrigues going back to the 1950's, her current assignment has her in Milwaukee keeping an eye on the city's libertines from the Free Council. Her son Gabriel has adjusted well to life in Milwaukee, Jophiel seems to be waiting for an excuse to call the Silver Ladder and the rest of the Consilium up from Chicago to take over the city once and for all.
