Father Dennis Harding III
A preacher and head of one of largest churches in San Francisco. He preaches a Pan-Abrahamic message where 'people of all faiths join together to fight against the monsters that terrorize us,'. In the summer of 1995 he started a monster-hunting crusade, starting with rumors of vampires in neighboring Oakland.
