A mage operating out of Portland, Oregon. Having moved there as a teenager in the late 60's, she's created a life for herself independent of both the Seers and the Pentacle while she tends to the city from the comfort of her antique store Loose Ends.
In early '94 she was visited by Kate Li, providing K with a couple of tomes about spellcasting and the occult. She fled to San Francisco a few months later after the Sabbat vampires took over the city, wanting to keep her magic technology out of their hands.
