The Citadel

The Citadel was a city some 50 years ago. It was destroyed during the Rise of the Second Sorcerer, when the first Tendrils of the Pael were seen.
It had a noteworthy culture of anti-Magen, with Magen even being forbidden from entering their city. This strong demand was backed by the Citadel's chief trade: Citadel-Forged Armor... Armor that allowed the wearer to resist the effects of the Pael.
