Spire

Spire is a city contained within an impossibly large tower jutting from the landscape like a monument to fallen glory. The Drow live harsh lives, subjugated by the cruel Aelfir. After two centuries of living under the harsh yoke of the high elves, the only hope for the Drow people lies in the hands of The Ministry, a religious order of spies and saboteurs in devotion to a forbidden goddess.
