She helms her ship with mindful caution for the 36 souls under her command, avoiding danger wherever possible and giving herself three escape plans for every risk she can't avoid. When the situation requires bold action, though, Joline has proven herself a capable and tactically bright leader that can seize the initiative and keep the enemy off-balance long enough to accomplish her mission and get out in one piece.
