Energized Weapons

Description

A classification of technomantic weapon, energized weapons are melee weapons powered by a Ley Field Core. This power is channeled through Ley Wiring up the haft of the weapon into the specialized conducting edging on the blades of the weapon. When activated, the edging is ignited, glowing a bright blue. This allows the weapon exceptional cutting power through non-magical armours and metals, dealing maximum damage to structures. It turns the damage dealt by the weapon into radiant damage.

The energy used is then routed back to the core, so that only the energy delivered to the weapon's target is expended, extending the runing life of the core. Average energized weapons can run on a single core fore years without a recharge being required.
