Ur Troll
Ur trolls are believed to be the oldest race of troll still existing, perhaps even the very first kind of troll. They lack the specialization of other types of trolls and tend to be nomadic, living in large, wandering groups. Some scholars believe that this is how trolls have spread across the spheres, wandering as nomads until something just click for some of them, leading them to settle and become new types of trolls. They point to ur troll's extremely efficient regenerative capabilities, even for trolls, and on average longer lifespan, traits that would increase their change of living long enough to find a place to settle.
Being wanderers, ur trolls have a habit of finding trouble, not that they mind. Ur trolls fighting can be described as simple but efficient, using their strength to tear opponents into chunks while relying upon their regeneration to out last them.

Anatomy
Ur trolls are bipedal, walking on two thick legs and with two arms ending in long claws. They have thing, often greyish fur and a mane of black hair. Their ears and nose are notably large.
Ur trolls have some of the strongest regeneration among trolls. Even when harmed by fire, ur trolls will continue to heal, though enough damage with fire will eventually over come it.
Genetics and Reproduction
Ur trolls reproduce through intercourse. The female troll carries the whelp for little over a year. Trolls are usually born as single children, though twins do occasionally happen.

Troll whelps are ravenous, easily consuming their own weight in food every day. They grow extremely quickly, having adult bodies by five, though their brains take a few more years to fully develop. By age ten, ur trolls are capable of being self-sufficient. Troll whelps often develop mutations during their growth, allowing them to adapt to their environment.
