The happy shot is an orc invention, a type of medicine derived from a cocktail of various herbs and mushrooms with slightly narcotic effects combined with alchemical energizers. Once injected into the body, it provides a burst of energy. However, after a bit of time, the user will crash as their body burns out.

Manufacturing process

The herbs and mushrooms are mixed, then strained of liquid. This liquid is then mixed with alchemical activators, before being sucked up into a syringe.
