The Tidebound Consortium is a powerful trade guild based in Dutama, controlling much of the city’s commerce and maritime ventures. The Consortium is led by a council of wealthy merchants, each representing different trade sectors such as spices, enchanted goods, and rare minerals. While officially loyal to Queen Nyanda Vashira, their immense influence often allows them to operate with significant autonomy. Rumors suggest that some members engage in smuggling and secret deals with foreign powers, making the Consortium both a vital economic force and a shadowy political player in Sirokosa.

Their headquarters are located in the Harbor District in a magnificent stepped pyramid with hanging gardens, canals and fountains streaming down it's outer walls. It is said to be the oldest building in the city and dates back to the time when the Gods walked the world.
