Coliar

A wind world surrounded by a thick atmosphere of clouds, below the clouds lies numerous floating islands inhabited by Aarakocra and Lizardfolk tribes. While lacking much magic or spelljamming technology themselves, these populations are very aware of and welcoming to spelljamming traders, and every community has built a tall tower which pierces the clouds to signal their presence to passing ships.

While trade with these communities is welcome, the Spelljammer Corps strictly bans the trade of weapons on Coliar. Both Lizardfolk and Aarakocra factions seek to use weapons to take territory from the other, and the peace between these populations is maintained by a large native population of dragons. It is advised to visit the silver dragon settlement of Skyport first and foremost on Coliar to clear any trade goods with the dragons before proceeding to a local settlement.
