TAE-22

TAE-022 is a M0 V Red Dwarf star. It is orbited by a surprisingly close gas giant, as well as two barren rocks and an ice planet.   The gas giant would appear to be the star’s unignited twin. In its dense rings are countless moons, one of which is of interest to the Thü. Its rotation locked so that its parent planet is always between it and the star, it is relatively cool despite its close proximity to the star. Its surface is however molten. Of particular value to the Thü is the moon’s high amount of Mercurite.   This naturally occurring liquid/metal alloy displays a rainbow of iridescent colors. Its unique structure, a combination of crystal and liquid, has made it a highly valued trade good as it resonates, vibrates, and changes color regardless of its physical state.
