Geography
ZX-03 is an average K-class yellow star with a few planets surrounding it. The first planet is very close to the star, and is a little red-hot (almost literally) metallic world. The second planet is the one that sparked interest. It is indeed a very green and blue world harboring carbon life. In fact, it has a very lush and diverse ecosystem that covers close to every inch of it, from the oceans to the forests. The planet also has its own ring, which may of be some interest since it seemingly contains useful elements in its rocky dust. And most importantly, there are no signs of intelligent life to be seen. There aren't even creatures advanced enough to begin using basic tools. Finally, the third planet is a big helium-rich gas giant far out from the star.
