Utility

The constructor is capable of 'printing' out structures using fed in materials by ground crews, other drones, or other robotic work forces. Made even more simple by use of so called 'mini arc gates' it is able to project two small scale portals , one on the ground and one in the loading bay of the machine. This allows material to be fed in from the ground while the structure is built remarkably fast. Some say that this is no longer building a structure so much as printing one out.
