Requirements

Must be 20 years older or above
Six Countries: Must be one of the six or their allies
Storm Country: Must be a Midich

Appointment

Progression will be monitored by their superiors and they will be given their updates through their identification and announced by their Lieutenant in Charge.

Duties

Lead small teams/squads into battle or patrol
Train and boost morale of their members

Responsibilities

Their Soldiers (5 to 7 each), Mission Objective, State of their team members

History

The title of team leader has been around for quite a long time, there has only been records of the era of CMI where Fairies have Leaders that lead a small group of soldier for hunting, though they do still do that, there is more variety of missions they can do.
