Portal Room
A room that connects the universe
The Portal room allows magical warriors and nobles to send messages or travel to marked places easily which, after the appointment of the Immortal of Magic as Overseer, consist of almost everywhere in the universe and even dimensions but those are locked and only available to those with high clearance like Shikoi and Gretal.
Purpose / Function
Transportation and Communication, used to be a meditation room until someone accidentally tore a rift that was built around by the Nightingales
Design
The dimensions are nonagonal, the colors being different shades of gold and yellow on the bottom and blue at the top with the changeable map of the systems of the universe on the ceiling. It's 6.4m high
Entries
There is only one entry if one doesn't count the portals but it is locked from the inside and the outside so one must be sending a message in advance and not allowed in at all without the permission of the Queen, it is also hidden from the outside.
There are no windows.
Sensory & Appearance
It's pretty cold enough for a space suit but the temperatures can be adjusted easily.
There is no sound, save for a portal opening or closing or still open, so there will be sound but it's not so hearable from the outside as it's sound-proved.

The only thing that is here is a control panel and the portal rings

The floor itself is gold so.... and portal rings can only be found in Papiliosidus
Hazards & Traps
There is a shutdown button in the room but also with the Queen and now the Princess, which is how the universe fell.
Special Properties
The portal rings are reconfigured using the control panel to change the property of the energy that will change the destination of the other side and also fits the description of the panel which will rip anyone to shreds if their DNA and physicality is modified or different or not there.
Alterations
Mostly decorative as nobody dared touch it without the supervision of other Immortals.
Architecture
It is mostly made up of brown bricks, quartz are used for the lining of the portals along with a screen that shows the information of the place that the portal is connected to. The ground having a smooth wooden tile texture and a carpet.
History
Used to be a room to teleport to the corners of Papiliosidus and some neighboring countries but now every country has one along with almost every planet. It has not a long history as it was still new when Papiliosidus was destroyed. It was seldom used too due to Sammantha's power but now it is frequently used by Shikoi, Gretal and in future, a lot more magical warriors

Portalling gives the traveler somewhat stronger magic pool though it'll take a while before the portal works again.
It drains the core of the planet though, making the planet colder rather than hotter.
