Spacefaring Interspecies Tourism Hub a cozy sci-fi setting

Tandy Foster just wanted to make coffee and sandwiches in peace.

The lone Terran immigrant on The Hub, a galactic space station, she runs her food stall and keeps to herself - mostly. But when a threat emerges that the galaxy's brightest minds couldn't predict (and can't understand), they turn to Tandy for help.

Recruiting a ragtag crew of aliens on a mission of diplomacy (and/or sabotage), Tandy must save the galaxy armed only with a moka pot, a spatula, and an expansive knowledge of sci-fi lore.
