The collapse of mother earth was foretold centuries prior, and yet very few listened. When the Collapse truly began is when the major terran nations began to turn their nuclear weapons on one another. Luna watched with apathy as great terrestrial wars ravaged the once beautiful planet. Mars was too far and too weak to help. When the wars settled, the planet experienced a nuclear winter and ice age, decimating most of the remaining population. It was at this point that Luna began to send "re-colonial" missions down to earth. However, the collapse lasted for more than 400 years, and earth would never again be the same.
