Xen

A widely distributed and relatively harmless drug in the grand scheme of things like Slo-Mo or Red Rage. It's widely grown across the Mid and Outer Rims. Most of these areas have deemed the drug legal, and the open trade has meant it has easily penetrated the Empire, whether they want it to or not.
Across the orion arm, Xen is used recreationally, medically and spiritually. It has psychoactive properties, but it is not dangerous. Common saying around the Orion Arm is "If there's air, water and sunlight then you'll be able to find xen."
