Tsar the Unifier
Tsar was the founder of Starwatch and a staunchly anti-imperial political entity. They were born of a Thondorian queen and a Wanderer father. A bastard, Tsar was able to rally a forces that combined them both, and waged a war against the Empire. He had a known Be'Teu companion known as Merlin.
