Royal Sandar Family
The Royal Sandar Family is an upper-class Royal Thunese Family and the current royal house of Thunus. Their family is based in the thunese capital of Uchara, with the core members of the family living in the royal palaces and houses located in the Sovereign District of Uchara.
Queen Amisha Sandar is the family Matriarch, being the most senior in rank and the one with the most ties to the Sandar Family. She has her Daughter Tanvi as her heir and grew up in the royal household. Queen Amisha’s cousins, siblings, and niblings all are noble Thunese of royal blood, but live outside of the royal household albeit still in very wealthy and privileged households.
Family History
The Sandar Family is a very established political house with a noble and royal status. The family is very wealthy and holds lots of land and wealth on Thunus, and although the family has been stripped of most of their political power over centuries through the forming of a parliament and more constitutional monarchy in the government.
Historically, the family held lots of political power and had most of the wealth on the planet and intermarried and mingled with the other Thunese Noble houses. Nowadays the family has little to do with actual politics with most of the family members focusing on philanthropy and supporting the arts.
The family still holds some political sway, mostly through their wealth, which they can use to sway the government or more accurately government officials to which ever side they want.
