Neburn

Neburn is the capital city of the planet Donora. The city is also the capital of the planet, meaning that The Donorian High Council has its headquarters and buildings located in the city.
The city has many different neighborhoods and districts ranging from fancy hotel tourist districts to simpler industrial and residential neighborhoods.

High Council District

The High Council District is a neighborhood where many of the government buildings, especially those related to the High Council and the Donorian Centralised Government, are located. The neighborhood is mostly made up of office and government buildings with tall skyscrapers and the like making up most of the architecture.
There are tunnels located under the district that connects many of the government buildings together and are only accessible to government employees. They are mostly used when people don’t want to go outside due to the weather or crowds or security scare or the like.

Donorian High Council Building

The Donorian High Council Building is the building where the Donorian High Council, the officials that make up the legislative branch, and the Chancellor, the head of the executive branch, meet to discuss issues. It is also where most of their offices are located.
The building is designed to look like a traditional Donorian house, albeit a bit more linear, with an octagon-shaped base with an octagonal pyramid roof. The outside of the buildings is mostly covered in paneling, with vertical lines of windows going from the rim of the roof to the bottom of the building which allows the offices and rooms to have a view of the city, the roof is covered in copper-colored metal paneling.

Neburn Medical Hospital

The Neburn Medical Hospital is a teaching hospital and the main hospital in the city. It also includes various doctors' offices, including pediatricians. It is one of the leading hospitals on the planet and has many different programs specializing in heart, burn, emergency, and trauma care, etc.
The Hospital also has a leading psychiatric ward where the staff cares for and provides treatment and therapy for people suffering from mental and behavioral problems. It has both inpatient and outpatient options. It is a leading center for the treatment of Donorians having issues with their Empathic Abilities.
