Cannot stand to be challenged but uses diplomatic power to exert pressure whether that is through bribing politicians to side with him, spying on his opponents to frame them in a bad light or by arresting them. Will impose taxes to starve people with no remorse. His Gekinoo's main opponent in parliament. Wants to be seen as generous while robbing people blindly (If a beggar thinks you'll give him food, he won't steal from you)
