Warlord Richard Filthy (a.k.a. Dick)

The Queen's rival. He set up Nuke DeSilva to betray Mia Maxim and throw the draft to come work with him, in the attempt to climb the ratings ladder to get rich quick. Gave Nuke DeSilva to his son, Dick Filthy III, to start him in the family business. Does a lot of dirty dealings, and likes to cheat. Employs cheaters. Very harsh on his son.
