Calls himself an “Account Resolution Specialist,” but he’s basically a sort of relentless, nasty, badass Judge Dredd of space insurance/debt collectors. He assesses sites that get fucked up and destroyed or damaged, does some investigative work to figure out who did it, and then to collect payment on damages. Straight, no nonsense, normal, law abiding, cop-type character. Doesn’t really give a shit about politics or excuses, just here to do his job. He is one of the only people that sees that everything in this book is insane, voice of reason, but will completely destroy you if you get out of line. Would probably get along with 916 if not for the difference in their professions. Most people like and respect this particular guy.
