Establishment of the Aurean Senate and Government

Aderus formally convenes his senate for the first time. He also takes the time to organize his new citizens.

Following the establishment of the city, Aderus sets out setting up the government of his new city. He selects one hundred men from the most prominent families in the new settlement and makes them his senate, an advisory and electoral body at this point.   Following that and the senate formally acknowledging his rule. Aderus sets about dividing and organizing the new people of Ader into tribes and within them wards. The wards are given land under the agreement that they provide taxes and military service when levied.
