Gratorian

The Gratorian is the largest animal in the world by far, with a turtle like shape and behavior, but having a shell half a square mile in area. There is only one remaining Gratorian in the world, affectionately named Bruce. It houses on its back a wandering city of traders and travelers, who feed it in exchange for protection.
