Sa'Lura-Sin

This city marks the southern edge of the satrapy of Narum-Sin and the beginning of the great pilgrimage. It is perched at the top of the Sa’Lura Falls and features huge mechanical winches to bring people and cargo up the steep cliffs to the cold altitude of Narum-Sin. It is also the home to the cryptic and seemingly ageless Oracle of Sa’Lura-Sin.
