Vale Terra

Vale Terra is an arid, mineral rich region on the continent of Ossia. The high concentration of minerals and metals, especially rare and unusual ones, has given the region a vast mining and refining industry, much of it funneling into the Magi-Technology centered kingdom of Phaneros. Many independent villages and sub-contractors work under the close supervision of Phaneran technicians, working under complex licensing arrangements.
