The Paladin Order

The Paladin Order is one of the most elite military forces in all of Ansalon and possibly the entirety of Solum. It's headquarters are in the city of Palanthas and the king of the region himself has traditionally been the head of the order.
Paladins are generally honor-bound knights who follow Astair, the God of Order and Law. They are extremely respected and highly regarded in the kingdom for both their skill and training, and their unflinching moral compass.

History

The order was established by king Rike Kelbourn many centuries ago, when the Stormtide and Palanthas kingdoms were still one united Ansalon.
