During his Lifetime he became a Revered Arcanist, with a brilliant Mind who's equal has not yet been found among Ordinary Men. By The Age of 30 he had ascended Past the Greatest mages of His time though fearing Death and Nothing Else he devoted his Research to the School of Necromancy and Soon at the age of 32 Made and Arcane Innovation non had jet dreamed of Lichdom.

Even after his Death he Continued to Rule Over The City and Even Expanded its reach of Influence over the Surrounding Islands and a Oceans. Though over the Next year his Greed and Hunger for Power Led Him down a Dark Path he began to be More Tyrant the Ruler to the People Born Under Him and in a Unspoken pact with Melithor Unleashed The Plague of Melithor Upon the Lands far away from his realm, the Souls Gartered and Devoured by the Hord of undead brought him much power and Knowledge and Allowed him to Gather the Knowledge Necessary to attempt an Ritual of Ascension. he wanted to be a God, so that all the Secrets all the Knowledge of of the World would lay open to him. In a Dark Night Over Myl he would begin this Ritual fully Prepared to Offer up the entire City to achieve his Goal, Though during the Apex of the Ritual he was betrayed. Betrayed by His First Lieutenant and Childhood Friend Kas, Who had been Convinced by Valeria to betray his Master and end his attempted Sacrifice of the City and its people. The Ensuing battle Cast Vecna ancestral Home, The Ebony Tower Into Ruin and Destroyed the Liches Body Entirely, Leaving only his Eye and Hand Behind. Unbeknown to Kas Vecna's Ascension was Partially Complete Leaving his Will Unbroken but his Body Scattered not to reform to this day.
