Pulsed Ammunition
Pulsed ammunition are bullets used by most organizations of Miriandynus, they work efficiently in both a vacuum and in an atmosphere.
if a pulsed bullet has an R in it (such as 10Rmm or 25Rmm) that means it is a rifle round, travels much faster, and causes more damage. It is named pulsed due to pulsar gasses being the most common type of gasses used.
Pulsed uses astral gasses to fill the pressure of a vacuum-sealed bullet before being ignited, causing a small round bar to heat up to glowing levels before the pressure makes the bar break through an intentional weak point in the shell, launching it down the barrel at supersonic speeds. This all happens in the blink of an eye and creates extreme heat which is why water-cooling is often used in automatic pulsed weapons.
Its history has long been forgotten but it is commonly thought to be made to solve the problem of conventional ammunition vacuum-inefficiency without the use of the (at the time) slow-moving and slow fire-rate Kinetic Ammunition.

Utility
They are used as vacuum-efficient bullets but also are used in ground warfare.
Access & Availability
it is more common than conventional bullets nowadays due to it's demand and quicker manufactory process
