Electorate Lord of Neptune and head of the Rambunks party. She is well loved by her people for revamping the title of Lord of Neptune as a democracy. She advocates heavily for progressive politics and promises to become the fifteenth Empress of the MSE in order to change the succession in a similar fashion to how Emperor the II Francis Mills set the standard for imperial succession. Many of her opponents claim that while she speaks of humanitarian efforts, she prioritizes the financial success of the economic value of Neptune and her relationship with the current Emperor over her citizens. Others have theorized that she works with Skryd and even that she is related to the infamous Johann SkyBlade. Minoan denies both rumors.
