History
The Scarlet Sworn were born in the aftermath of the Sack of Delphos.
Sigvard Vale-Eye, a mid-level raid-captain under the Wodyn Horde, was denied his rightful share of the plunder by higher jarls.
Betrayed and disgusted, Sigvard gathered his most loyal battle-brothers — men who had fought with him up and down the coast of Eldonia.
As they fled the docks, they passed through the blood-choked canals of Delphos.
Sigvard’s once gray-white cloak was stained deep red by the water.
He wore it without washing, it is said he declared that "our shields will be paid in blood henceforth, not in the lies of kings."
