Ylbas Brightlord

He was a light dragon, which is a form of dragon that lives in the astral plane. He is what is known as a void traveler, who visits Solace every so often and is greeted with hostility when he does return. There are not many accounts of his sightings and his true reason for visiting is unknown. According to Apotheon, Ylbas last visited Solace 9 years ago. His name was inscribed on a third dragon slaying bullet once again for reasons unknown. This bullet was used to help kill Alzahifa.
