Rethor the Gifted

Rethor the Gifted was a black dragon that was well known for striving to achieve magical talent, but was a miserable failure all of his endeavors. He was also known to hoard and adorn himself with magical items and gems, unable to use them himself. (The name is ironic.) He had disappeared into the void when Aard Ghaazaanaan was swallowed into the waters beneath it, now known as Mamlakat Hadaan. His name was also inscribed on a black dragon slaying bullet possibly hinting at a reappearance since the age of firearms in Solace; but any theories as to why this bullet was created is merely speculation. The bullet was used to kill Alzahifa.
