Maeve Medford

Also known as "Mad Maeve", she was a super criminal in the city of Crossroads. She was imprisoned after an encounter with the false Vigilante in which he beat her so badly, she had lost an eye. She exhibits powerful unexplained magic including prophecy and compulsion, the nature of her magic reminded the party of Maela and Marimae. The party had a disturbing encounter with her where she was using her magic to hold an entire prison hostage. After some convincing, the party had talked her into releasing the prisoners and dropping the vivid facad she held over the prison. She is now under the protection of Hyuuga Hakusho, learning how to control her powers.
