Triton

Triton is its own country within the Neptunian moon system, having been founded 150 years before any of Neptune’s other moons by a man who called himself Poseidon. New colonies were welcome in the early days as long as they acknowledged fealty to the government of Poseidon’s Seat. While technically a dictator, the peaceful monarch of the moon was good to his people. And together they built the largest connection of colonies on a single moon in the outer planets.
They are also a huge proponent and supplier for the coalition police fleet, having dealt with pirates for most of its history.
