Zemyra was never a kingdom. Only a city. But this city has the population of an entire kingdom.
Though this city is many things, if it is notable for one thing, it is the technological advancements they have made.
Agreed to be a neutral ground for Val Royeaux and Halamshiral, Zemyra is a big factor to the two kingdoms being Allied.
