The Council of Virtues

The Council of Virtues are summoned when a noble child reaches age 16. They perform a ritual called "The Living's Last Rights". 
The council consists of 6 members, 3 male, 3 female. Though all members are required to sit in on all "Namings" which gender takes charge depends on the gender of the one being named. If a male is being named, then the males take charge, the opposite is true for females being named.
