School System

Public elementary schools are available in most large towns. If further education is desired, students must pay for private school. 
Lower class people typically never go school, therefore they do not know how to read or write. 
Middle class people typically attend the public elementary schools, therefore have a basic understanding of reading and writing. 
Higher class people typically attend private schools, gaining about a mid-high school level education.
