La Narganta

One of the few remaining countries headed by Humans, "La Narganta" is Nation of great naval prowess that has never been conquered by the Calmeat elves. A combination of coordinated fortress chains and quick naval responses have allowed the Human nation to remain afoot for as long as it has. The Squall has hindered their efforts somewhat, but frozen shores have not greatly stopped the Nation's efforts to survive; and thrive.
