A Daar or Daariv is one of the higher titles of Draconic ownership over a territory, and the most common used in the case of a nation.
Requirements
Draconic ancestry/origin, preferably a true dragon, some exceptions can apply
Appointment
Either appointed by a high ranking dragon or self appointed by a dragon who owns land
Duties
Maintaining and controlling the land over which they preside
Benefits
Typically this results in sapient being being placed under your command (equivalent to ownership to dragons)
