Friends of Playland by the Sea

The friends of Playland by the Sea are an outgrowth of a rather militant Home Owners Association made up of lower ranking corporate employees and family members that are obsessed with keeping Pacifica safe from anyone they deem undesirable.
They have close ties with many members of the Tower of Dark corporation and are rumored to run "jobs" for them in exchange for material and financial support. 
The Friends are known to operate throughout Pacifica and have multiple branches covering various neighborhood and business operations.
