Amanda Holtz

An elderly daughter of Morro Bay's doomed fishing industry who's lived long enough to watch Night City grow up around her. She has close ties to many of the nomadic families that roam the west coast. 
Amanda is an activist who works with several groups in Pacifica trying to stifle corporate overreach and conserve a sense of the old town. She's known for coordinating ship and boat traffic off coast and goes by the handle Devil-Fish, an old whaling nickname for the Gray Whales that used to be seen in local waters.
