Jessie was once a small town and sheltered girl, unaware of reality and how difficult life truly was. She was a creative soul and always dreamed of the impossible like living a fantasy where monsters live among them. But when people close to her began leaving the town in her late teenage years, she had to find something else to pursue otherwise she'd suffer a life a monotony alone... Then, an opportunity presented itself! Her dream came true as monsters now live among humans in a newly established Queendom dubbed "Slimea." Taking up lessons in diplomacy and cultural exchange at the time, she applied for college there but had a difficult time getting in due to not being a Neueisen local. But, seeing the potential for her due to her background, they accept and finally, a fantasy awaits... However... She was a complete fish out of water, not fully prepared for what to expect. Will she survive college? Or become a Hunter's prey and succumb to pleasures never experienced before...?"

General Physical Condition
Jessie has an hourglass physique with a more robust chest held back by her clothes most of the time.

Her caucassian white complection is her body's main feature, with it feeling soft to the touch. But aside from that and some slight chub, she doesn't have many discernable features.
Facial Features
She has a heart shaped tatoo under her cheek to show how compassionate of a person she is, helping to make her facial expressions much brighter.

Her most identifying traits are her long brown hair which goes down to her back and continues to grow as she leaves it uncut, and her brown eyes which glisten in the sunlight.

She has two main outifits. One is a flowing red dress with the skirt being hip length, and a black longsleeved suit buttoned to the sides of the dress. She also wears gray leggings and black heels to balance out the color.
Her second one is a skimpy black and red collar shirt which reveals the stomach, with a belt wrapped around her black jeans, and some black running shoes for her walks.
She wears a black beaded necklace all the time to remember her family by, and even got a red beaded bracelet in her Neueisen Student years to symbolize new beginnings.

Personal history
Jeanette lived the small town of BOAZ by one of Alabama's busier highway that cuts through all the way to Florida. She was sheltered for most of her life but happy as she was allowed to be aloof and carefree growing up, but also forced to find creative ways to express herself to avoid the boredum and monotony of life. She had several childhood friends growing up, most of them moving away to pursue better things, or are preoccupied with the jobs they already have. Her history is brief and simple, as she wasn't allowed to leave the house much at all due to her overprotective, but caring family. So throughout a boring life, she wished for a fantasy to escape to...

She's been female all her life, but fluctuates between being a very frilly and girly individual, to having some tomboy phases.

It took a while for her to get a grasp of her sexual identity, but it turned out she loves people regardless of what they look like and what their gender or appearance is! Being Pansexual means she's very open to any kind of relationship with anyone, even monster girls.
Education
She at first was homeschooled by her parents up till middle school where she skipped ahead a grade due to her fast learning. But when she was finally allowed to go to Highschool she'd be tested, as while she is more than capable of learning quickly, she struggles with something she knows nothing about all together. She had to adapt in highschool, and through her hard work she managed to get consistently passing grades, especially in History and Geography, along withWriting and Literature. This background of of speechplay and understanding of culture allowed her to be accepted in Neueisen's University as a student of Diplomacy and Cultural Exchange where she excells!
Employment
Due to Neueisen University not requiring payment from students, she remains unemployeed and spends her time to herself or studying as due to her sheltered life style, she's still nervous to go out especially at the risk of being taken by Hunters.
Accomplishments & Achievements
While not top of her class, her grades were still above the recommended level required for a college education. She's also took place in several art competitions, achieving third place for a unique take on The Mona Lisa, and second place for a gorgeous painting of the stars in space. She's also played several competitive video games, but her accomplishments and achievements there weren't too high of note either.
Failures & Embarrassments
When she gets nervous or overexplains, she tends to stutter which almost lead her to fail a critical speech assignment, leading to a time of people looking down at her potential before she proved herself inspite of it. She is also embarrassed to have her middle school background be completely homeschooled as she believes she missed out on a critical opportunity to learn to adapt better to places she's never been before. She also struggled a lot in science as it lead to several concoctions blowing up in her face, leading to even more humiliation.
Mental Trauma
One day, she fell into a hole beneath the house and was trapped in the dark for a couple hours trying to find her way out leading to an immense fear of the dark, and of being trapped against her will.
She is also afraid to go out due to immense paranoia of something going wrong or bad individual threatening her life, all due to the sheltered mindset instilled onto her.
Intellectual Characteristics
Growing up, she was surprisingly capable at learning information above her grade allowing her to be moved up faster than she should've. However, she didn't retain much of her homeschool education due to her parents not being strict on her, and she'd be rather forgetful. If she wanted a future, she had to break away from those habbits once she was in highschool, where after a couple of struggles she managed to be respected among top of class students specifically for History and English subjects.
When applying for NU, she had to learn several European languages and she's not the best with them but she's trying her best. And most importantly, her diplomatic skills and knowledge of how other people react to situations allowed her to overcome several obstacles standing in the way of being a college level diplomat.
Morality & Philosophy
Raised to be kind hearted and empathetic, Jessie's morals are mostly viewed through rose tinted glasses as she tries to see the best in people regardless of past issues. She has a strong sense of justice that her best friend helped develop which leads her to go out of her way to help others in need.
She always lived by a philosophy of kindness. Being a Christian back in Alabama, and exploring Slimea's religions lead her to take those lessons and apply them to her own morals, believing that she was made with the purpose to help bring peace.
Taboos
She gets very uncomfortable when someone is being secretive, or is degrading someone and she can't do anything about it. If she is abandoned, she'd be emotionally devastated if its someone she was close with. She doesn't have too many taboos.

Family Ties
Her Mother's side had a wealthy business in mechanics and vehicles, but her mother strayed away from it to pursue marketing and media management. This is also what inspired Jessie's diplomacy.
Her Father though didn't have major ties as her father came from a rough upbringing.

She and her family believe there is a higher power watching over them in this world, and has been taught to take in the lessons from Christianity and religion as a whole to better herself and to show genuine compassion to her fellow man. Jessie has been more open to even more religions since Slimea and is looking into them throughout her studies of culture.

When growing up, she never thought she'd pursue a job like this. She wasn't the most social of her peers, and being isolated and introvertive doesn't help at all. But, as she met more people, her social skills improved and she became less nervous as time passed.
Mannerisms
She is very respectful, and would do her best to be as formal as she can, but she is still clumsy as well leaving her to embarrass herself with various mistakes. But if you dress her up and tell her to be a princess, she'd do her best. Not the most reassuring thing, but she'd try not to be clumsy. In very serious settings though, she tends to be adament and stoic as she puts all her effort in what she was taught to not make mistakes during any negotiations.
Hobbies & Pets
Jessie used to grow up with many different dogs ranging from German Shepherds to Shizus, but nowadays she doesn't have a pet at campus.
Hobbies include art, along with music and her social media life as well to keep in touch with some of her old friends and family.

The BIGGEST flaw of her is her speech impendment. She tends to stutter when very nervois, sometimes swapping words around if she spaces out. But when she collects herself she can be very formal and reasonable.
