Slidescouts
A group focusing on the exploration of the Slidespace, where it connects to, what is within it, and how it works. The work they do is high risk, and they often attract thrill seekers to their cause in the name of advancement and science. This group was formed originally by the Trallyr, but accepts memberships from all species provided they pass examination and have their legal affairs in order.
Members of the slidescouts are divided into 3 different teams based on their skills and duties. These teams are themed after different Jainonn lifeforms.
Canopy Team
Canopy Team (Argalos Oet in the original trall) consists of the home-base operations of the slidescouts. The heads of operation, as well as those dealing in logistics, finance, recruitment, and mission planning make up this division. Member of this team almost never go on missions, dangerous, scientific, or otherwise. They are nevertheless vital to the slidescout's operations.
Piercer Team
Piercer Team (Venzika Oet in the original trall) consists of the pilots and thrill seekers of the slidescouts. These are the individuals who signed up to risk life and limb flying into the far reaches of slidespace where few venture to go. They often work alongside the Snare Team as mission pilots, and have a reputation for being rowdy.
Snare Team
Snare Team (Omaska Oet in the original trall) consists of the scientists and researchers of the slidescouts. They work to devise experiments and hypothesis regarding slidespace, as well as carry these experiments out. Snare Team often works alongside the Piercer Team, with some braver among them volunteering for even the more dangerous missions with the hope of being at the forefront of a big discovery.
