Kuati Battle Efficiency Ribbon

As the old military maxim of Perfect Planning Prevents Poor Performance goes, ever since its inception, the Kuati Confederation Regiments have frequently held wargames between themselves to ensure they are ready at a moments notice to fight a variety of foes, in a variety of theatres, whether suppressing a poorly organised rebellion or dealing with a Xenos incursion.
These are often monitored by senior commanders within the Confederation, looking for a particular set of skills for an assignment they have in mind, or even just looking for a few good soldiers to form the cadre for a new founding. Whenever a unit of note is seen and mentioned by name to these officers, in recognition of their combat readiness, they receive the Kuati Battle Efficiency Ribbon, demonstrating they are the best of the best

Significance

In game terms, this is a fluff-based award given to units that have been victorious in a battle against another Imperial force

Rarity
Priorto the Great Rift opening, this was what could be called an uncommon award amongst Kuati regiments as wargame were common place but not every unit performed well. Since the rift opened, wargames have dried up and so now the award is becoming more and more rare as the chance to hold such events reduces in lieu of more active combat   It is slowly making its way across allied regiments, amongst which this is considered quite a rare award,as not only does it have to be bestowed by a Kuati officer, but a foreign regiment would need to impress them according to Kuati standards and not their own cultures, which don't always align
Raw materials & Components
The award itself is only ever presented in ribbon form, never as a medal and so is a Departmento Munitorum  standard width ribbon made up of the colours of the Kuati Mobile Infantry standard uniform colours, these regiments being the original instigators of the award
