Dimensional
People who are able to access alternate realities and pull things from them, those with Dimensional have a powerful, but unstable ability. An unrefined dimensional is a force far more dangerous than anyone could comprehend, possibly being as much of a danger to themselves as others. Dimensional is an ability of multiple facets, where one person can manipulate the battlefield to their favor, another pulls relics from alternate realities, and a third can enchant items with dimensional energies.
When someone chooses this affinity, they choose what path they go down:
When using your ability, choose three realms. The result of your ability will randomly come from one of the realms not chosen. Level II:
When using your ability, choose six realms. The result of your ability will randomly come from one of those six. Level III:
When using your ability, choose a realm. The result of your ability will randomly come from that realm. You may switch your path to a new one: Companion, which allows you to summon a creature from your chosen realm. This creature remains for an hour. A creature can only be summoned once a day. If you find a creature you like, you may sacrifice your dimensional affinity to keep it by your side. Level IV:
Your ability has transcended beyond simple items and summoning. You not only have the ability to bring creatures into this world and keep them until you summon another, but you also have the ability to travel to any world you chose, seeing and experiencing it for yourself. Below is a table describing the 12 base realms that one can access. While there are countless more, those require extreme practice and time to access.
- Aerni Dimensionals have the ability to turn the battlefield into something otherworldly, benefitting or hindering certain creatures.
- Relic Dimensionals can pull items from these alternate worlds into their reality, objects charged with energy or unfathomable knowledge.
- Enkan Dimensionals have the ability to dip items and tools into these realms and enchant them with strange and powerful energies.
